- Each speaker will be allocated 15 minutes. Presentation – 10 minutes, followed by 5 minute Q&A session.
- FIRST Single bell – Indication of 2 minutes left.
- FINAL Two bells – Indication of presentation end.
- Presenters are expected to recap the presentation after the first bell rings.

- Use the provided Slide Template (Link to be provided below)
- TITLE – 36 point size place it at the top of your poster or slide.
- BODY TEXT – 24 to 32 point size.
- Use a consistent and readable font throughout your presentation.
- Use bulleted lists instead of full paragraphs.
- Use a light background with dark letters.
- Pick one of the recommended fonts–Arial, Helvetica, Verdana, or Georgia.
- Organize your presentation into sections that follow a logical flow.
- For example, you may use an introduction, a literature review, a methodology, a result, a discussion, and a conclusion section.
- Use headings and subheadings to guide the audience through your presentation.
- Use visual aids to enhance your presentation. Include images, tables, or charts when possible.
- Graphics: Use high-resolution images, label all charts and graphs, and include a legend if necessary.
- Results: In most cases, it is not necessary to include all of your raw data. Show the data analysis that is applicable and briefly describe your results.
- Avoid using too much text or too many colors in your presentation. Keep it simple and clear. Use contrast, alignment, repetition, and proximity to create visual harmony and balance.

- Practice your presentation before the conference. Rehearse your speech, time yourself, and get feedback from others. Adjust your presentation as needed to fit the allotted time and improve your delivery.
- Prepare for questions and comments from the audience. Anticipate possible questions and have answers ready. Be polite and respectful when responding to feedback. Thank the audience for their attention and participation.
- Use appropriate language, tone, and examples to engage the audience.

- Poster Size: A1 (59.4 x 84.1 cm); Paper type: standard glossy or matte.
- You may also want to bring other stationaries like thumb tack, sticky tapes (to put things on the panel board for display), as well as your own bunting (if any)
