Guidelines For Abstract Submission

Please write an abstract that serves as a concise summary of your research, limited to 250 words.

The abstract should summarise the key aspects of your study and allow readers to quickly grasp the content of your research.

It must include a clear and concise description of the innovation or invention, covering the following elements:

  1. Introduction
  2. Problem Statement
  3. Objectives
  4. Methodology
  5. Findings
  6. Conclusion and Suggestions

Do not include any figures, tables, or citations. Use clear and precise language, and ensure the abstract is self-contained.

Abstracts that do not comply with these formatting requirements will be returned for revision.

Please include exactly seven (7) representative keywords, all in lowercase and separated by semicolons. Use Times New Roman font, size 12.

Guidelines For Poster Abstract

All poster abstracts must adhere strictly to the following content and formatting requirements. Submissions that do not meet these specifications will be returned for revision.

Title Format

  • Title: Maximum of 12 words, written in Title Case, bold, centred, and in 14-point Times New Roman.
  • Author(s): Full name(s) listed below the title, in 10-point Times New Roman. Use superscript numerals (e.g., ¹, ²) to indicate author affiliations.
  • Affiliations: Provide full institutional information and email addresses for each author, aligned with the superscript numeral.

Abstract Format and Content

  • Word Limit: Maximum of 150 words.
  • Language: All submissions must be written in English.
  • Structure: Your abstract must include the following seven elements:
  1. Introduction
  2. Background
  3. Problem Statement
  4. Objectives
  5. Methodology
  6. Findings
  7. Conclusion

Formatting Rules:

  • Do not include any figures, tables, or citations.
  • Use clear, concise, and grammatically correct language.
  • Ensure the abstract is self-contained and aligned with your chosen conference theme(s).

Keywords

  • Provide exactly seven (7) representative keywords, separated by semicolons.
  • Keywords must be written in lowercase, using Times New Roman, font size 12, and regular style (not bold or italicised).
